协力律师事务所近日迎来郭杰律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海总部，加入协力前，郭律师曾任海华永泰律师事务所合伙人，并有六年在上海法院从事法官工作的经验。

郭律师的主要执业领域为知识产权、不正当竞争、公司商事、民事合同债权、争议解决等，任法官期间曾处理过700余起知识产权等民商事纠纷案件。她曾代理过江苏卫视《非常勿扰》商标侵权再审案、浙江卫视《中国好声音》不正当竞争纠纷案、苏州稻香村公司诉北京稻香村商标侵权及不正当竞争案等。

这是协力总部近日来宣布的第二则横向招聘：2019年11月底，其刚刚迎来争议解决高级合伙人吴蒙及其团队从天册律师事务所加盟。

Co-effort strengthens IP team in Shanghai with major hire from Hiways

Shanghai Co-effort Law Firm has hired Guo Jie as partner in its headquarter from Hiways Law Firm. Before Hiways, Guo worked as judge at a local court for six years.

Guo focuses on intellectual property, anti-unfair competition and dispute resolution. She has dealt with more than seven hundred cases when serving as a judge, most of which were intellectual property disputes. She has represented China’s most famous dating TV show on a trademark infringement case, a singing talent show on an unfair competition case, and a household food brand on its trademark and unfair competition cases.

This is the second lateral hire made by Co-effort in its headquarter recently, with dispute resolution senior partner Wu Meng joining with his team from T&C Law Firm in last November.
