卓纬律师事务所近日迎来两位专家吴兆丰、罗四维律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其上海、深圳办公室。

吴律师的主要执业领域包括合规风控、竞争法、反腐败、政府调查和危机处理、行政复议和诉讼。加入卓纬之前，吴律师曾就职于与方达律师事务所。

罗律师在商事争议解决、知识产权、特殊资产与破产重组等领域均具有丰富实践经验。加入卓纬之前，罗律师曾就职于与植德律师事务所。

这是卓纬今年引入的又一批合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge adds duo experts in Shanghai and Shenzhen

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added two experts Wu Zhaofeng, Luo Siwei as partners in its Shanghai and Shenzhen offices respectively.

Wu's main areas of practice include compliance and risk management, competition law, anti-corruption, government investigation and crisis management, administrative review and litigation. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, Wu worked at Fangda Partners.

Luo has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, special assets and bankruptcy reorganization. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, Luo worked at Merits & Tree Law Offices.

This is another batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
