卓纬律师事务所近期迎来李湘律师、李诘律师以合伙人身份分别加入其北京、上海办公室。

李湘律师执业领域主要集中在民商事争议解决、公司业务、投融资及金融市场的法律服务。加入卓纬之前，她曾先后就职于电信、法院、投资公司、上市公司，担任过法务、法官、风控负责人、公司总经理及上市公司高管。

李诘律师拥有二十多年的专业法律和合规经验，他在跨境投资与并购、政府事务与合规、数据安全与隐私保护、知识产权以及日常商业和公司事务，特别是在食品、药品、医疗器械、个人护理、体育用品和其他面向个人健康的行业具有丰富经验。加入卓纬之前，他曾就职于各类跨国企业的法务部门。

Chance Bridge adds duo experts in Beijing and Shanghai

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added Li Xiang, Joseph Li as partners in its Beijing, Shanghai offices.

Li Xiang focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate practice, investment and financing, and legal services in the financial market. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, she worked in telecommunications, courts, investment companies and listed companies as a legal counsel, judge, head of risk control, general manager of companies and senior management of listed companies.

Joseph Li has 20 years of extensive legal and compliance experience, he specializes in cross-border investment, merger and acquisition, government affairs and compliance, data security and privacy, intellectual property, and general commercial and corporate matters, especially in the industries of food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, personal care, and other products and services for consumer health. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, he worked in legal department of various multinational companies.
