卓纬律师事务所近日迎来两名国际贸易律师——蒲凌尘、王明伟，他们以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。蒲律师还将担任卓纬国际贸易与合规部负责人。

蒲律师此前在中伦律师事务所担任合伙人、WTO与国际贸易法负责人。他的执业领域主要包括：反倾销、反补贴和保障措施法，WTO以及相关贸易救济法律，反垄断，国际投资等。蒲律师曾承办逾百起案件，代理了众多中国企业行业协会应诉国外发起的贸易救济调查，并多次代理商务部应诉国外发起的反补贴调查以及WTO争端案件。

王律师此前执业于中伦。她的执业领域包括贸易救济与合规（反倾销、反补贴和保障措施）、法院诉讼、WTO争端解决、双边投资、337调查、贸易壁垒、海关法、政府采购等。她曾代理国内企业参与应诉美国、加拿大、欧盟等反倾销、反补贴、保障措施案件，涉及医药、通信、钢铁、化工等行业。

这是卓纬继今年8月迎来宋晓然律师后的最新一批合伙人级别的引入。

Chance Bridge strengthens international trade practice with partner duo from Zhong Lun in Beijing

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently hired Pu Lingchen and Wang Mingwei, experts in international trade, as partners in its Beijing office from Zhong Lun Law Firm. PU Lingchen will head Chance Bridge's International Trade and Compliance department.

Previously a partner and the head of WTO and international trade department at Zhong Lun, Pu’s practice areas include anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, WTO and relevant trade remedy laws, anti-monopoly, and international investment. He has handled more than 100 cases, represented many Chinese enterprise associations in responding to foreign trade remedy investigations, and represented the Ministry of Commerce in responding to foreign countervailing investigations and WTO disputes.

Wang’s practice areas include trade remedies and compliance (anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures), court proceedings, wto dispute settlement, bilateral investment, 337 investigations, trade barriers, customs law, government procurement. She has represented domestic enterprises in responding to anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures cases in the United States, Canada and The European Union, involving pharmaceutical, communications, steel, chemical and other industries.

This is Chance Bridge’s latest partner-level hire since adding Song Xiaoran in August.
