王睿律师的执业领域为网络安全与数据保护、政府监管与合规、投资并购与公司治理。涉及的行业领域包括科技、媒体和通信（TMT）、信息和智能技术、医药健康、航空航天等。

卓纬在一份新闻稿中表示，王律师的加入将进一步夯实其在相关法律服务市场的专业根基，打造更高标准、更高质量的公司业务团队。

这是卓纬今年引入得最新一位合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge adds cybersecurity expert in Shanghai

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added a cybersecurity expert Wang Rui as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Wang specializes in cybersecurity and data protection, government regulation and compliance, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. The industry sectors involved include technology, media and communications (TMT), information and smart technology, medicine and health, aerospace and others. 

Chance Bridge addressed in a press release that the addition of Wang will further strengthen its professional roots in the relevant legal services market and create a higher standard and quality corporate practice team.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
