卓纬律师事务所近日迎来跨境投融资、公司业务律师邹永忠以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，邹律师执业于霍金路伟国际律师事务所。

邹律师擅长外商直接投资、境外投资、跨境投资/并购与融资、能源/基础设施与项目融资等。他曾为众多跨国公司、外国公司、中国国有企业和民营企业、国际国内银行及其它金融机构在数以百计的跨境投融资交易中提供法律服务。

邹律师的加盟是继今年3月卓纬迎来合伙人尹榕律师后的又一项合伙人级别招聘。总部位于北京的卓纬曾入选2019 ALB China精品律所、2020 ALB China十佳成长律所。

Chance Bridge hires cross-border investment and finance partner in Beijing

Beijing-headquartered boutique firm Chance Bridge has hired cross-border investment and finance partner Zou Yongzhong in its Beijing office from Hogan Lovells.

Zou has expertise in FDI, cross-border investment and finance, and M&A. he has advised a few multi-national enterprises, Chinese state-owned and private owned companies, international and domestic banks and financial institutes on their cross-border transactions.

This is another partner-level hire by Chance Bridge since adding partner Yin Rong in March. Chance Bridge was ranked in 2019 ALB China Firms to Watch and 2020 ALB China Fastest Growing Firms.
