前北京金洋律师事务所创始人单云涛近期以高级合伙人身份加盟了金诚同达律师事务所，将主要从事金融证券法律工作。

单云涛曾在北京市政府法制工作办公室、农业部法律咨询中心和行政复议办公室工作，从事立法、行政复议及企事业单位法律顾问等工作。

在过去十二个月内， 加盟金诚同达成为合伙人的律师包括项卫、汪涌、赵平、张莉萍、单云涛、蔡文海、赵平、郑晓东和纪佃鹏等。

Shan Yuntao has recently become one of the latest members to join Jincheng Tongda & Neal’s (JT&N) panel of senior partners over the past 12 months.

Prior to joining JT&N, Shan was founding partner at Beijing Jin Yang Law firm. Shan also has experience working in the legal affairs office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipal Government and the legal affairs department of the Ministry of Agriculture.

AT JT&N, Shan will focus on practice areas including capital markets, corporate restructuring, real estate and litigation and arbitration.

JT&N has over the past 12 months been aggressively fuelling it headcount growth. In April, the firm added Nancy Zhang, along with four other lawyers to its real estate practice. In February, the firm hired Zhou Junwu as senior partner to provide entertainment sector legal advice and also recruited Zhao Ping and Liu Xinping for its litigation and arbitration practice in its Shanghai and Shenzhen offices respectively.

Other partners who have joined the firm over the past year include Xiang Wei, Wang Yong, Zhang Liping, Cai Wenhai, Zheng Xiaodong and Ji Dianpeng. Headquartered in Beijing, the firm currently has 66 partners and six domestic offices (Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenyang, Shenzhen and Xi’an). ALB
