Jun He's Shanghai office has expanded its labor and litigation practices with the appointment of Jeffrey Wilson and Huang Rongnan as counsel.

Wilson joins from Baker & McKenzie, where he served as a senior associate in the firm's employment group in Shanghai. He focuses on union relations, collective bargaining, and the employment of foreign nationals in China, as well as on labor issues relating to corporate establishment, restructuring, M&A and liquidations.

Huang, who has obtained a master of laws degree from the University of Manchester, previously was a partner at Shanghai firm Fu Xuanjie. He is experienced in the areas of dispute resolution, corporate and contract law.

The two additions are part of Jun He's ongoing effort to broaden the spectrum of its services and depth of resources provided to clients. Traditionally held a more conservative approach towards growth, Jun He has changed its strategy and has embarked on a hiring spree since the beginning of this year. It has promoted over ten lawyers to partner and counsel, and made several senior lateral hires from leading domestic and international firms so far this year. Most recently, it has bolstered its international IP capacity by hiring partners James Zou and Zoe Wang from Perkins Coie and Steven Cui from Jones Day. ALB
