君合律师事务所近日迎来争议解决专家顾嘉律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室，此前，顾律师在天同律师事务所担任合伙人。

顾律师擅长商事仲裁和涉外、跨境争议解决方面的法律事务，曾代表中国大型企业和跨国公司参与境内外仲裁程序。顾律师代理的商事仲裁（国内涉外或国际）案件类型涉及国际贸易纠纷、技术许可协议或保密协议纠纷、中外合资、股权转让和公司并购纠纷、大型基础设施和建筑工程项目纠纷与创新性金融衍生品纠纷等，涉案总金额高达数十亿美元。

这是君合继今年10月迎来张燕律师后的最新一起合伙人级别招聘。

JunHe adds disputes resolution partner in Beijing

JunHe has hired David Gu, an expert in disputes resolution, as a partner in its Beijing office from TianTong Law Firm, where he was a partner.

Gu specializes in commercial arbitration and foreign related and cross border disputes. He has represented many large Chinese enterprises and multinational companies to participate in Chinese and international arbitration proceedings. Gu has handled international trade disputes, IP license agreements and confidentiality agreement disputes, corporate disputes (JV, SPA and M&A), large scale public infrastructure and construction disputes, as well as innovative and derivative financial products disputes with disputed values in the billions of US Dollars.

This is JunHe’s latest partner-level hire since adding Zhang Yan in October.
