张律师主要执业领域为公司与并购、生命科学与健康、私募股权与融资、合规等。她在医疗健康行业已有15年工作经验，主导过数个境内外IPO项目，并参与过近30个境内外并购及战略合作项目。张律师还擅长公司法律风控体系的搭建，在合规风险评估、合规措施执行、各类争议解决、危机处理等方面具有丰富经验。

这是君合继今年8月迎来姚云柯律师后的最新一起合伙人级别招聘。

JunHe adds corporate partner in Shanghai

JunHe has hired corporate expert Zhang Yan as a partner in its Shanghai office from Dian Diagnostics, where she was the chief compliance officer and vice president.

Zhang focuses on corporate and M&A, life sciences and healthcare, private equity and financing and compliance. With 15 years’ experience in medical and health industry, Zhang has led a number of domestic and foreign IPO projects, and led and participated in nearly 30 domestic and foreign M&A and strategic cooperation projects. Zhang is also familiar with corporate legal risk prevention system, with experience in risks evaluation, compliance implementation, disputes resolution, and crisis management.

This is JunHe’s latest partner-level hire since hiring Yao Yunke in August.
