君泽君律师事务所近日正式开设了海口分所，这是其在全国设立的第11家分支机构。

根据君泽君的一份新闻稿，海口分所的设立完善了君泽君在华南地区的业务布局，新分所未来将与广州、深圳、珠海和香港办公室共同构筑华南地区及粤港澳大湾区的综合服务及资源平台。

随着国务院于6月初正式发布《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》，律所也加快了布局海南步伐。5月底，泰和泰律师事务所刚刚宣布开设海口分所。近年布局海南的律所还包括金杜律师事务所、中银律师事务所、华商律师事务所、国浩律师事务所等。

与此同时，君泽君北京总部迎来马慧娟律师以合伙人身份加盟，加盟前，马律师曾任嘉诚泰和律师事务所主任。

马律师的执业领域为投资并购、房地产与建筑工程、争议解决。在争议解决方面，她曾代理大量建设工程施工合同纠纷、股权纠纷、买卖合同纠纷、信用证纠纷案件；她还参与过大量有关外商投资、房地产开发、公司运营、路桥电力等基础设施项目等。

JunZeJun latest to launch new office in Haikou, hires partner in Beijing headquarter

JunZeJun Law Firm has launched a new office in Haikou, capital of Hainan province, which is the firm’s eleventh branch in China.

According to JunZeJun’s press release, the new office will further complete the firm’s strategic layout in South China. It will cooperate and share resources with the firm’s Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Hong Kong offices to better serve the Greater Bay Area.

With the release of the Hainan Free Trade Port Masterplan in early June, law firms have recently quickened their pace of launching into the Hainan legal market. Tahota Law Firm has just opened its Haikou office in late May, and law firms venturing into the local market recently include King & Wood Mallesons, Zhong Yin Law Firm, China Commercial Law Firm and Grandall Law Firm.

Meanwhile, in Beijing, JunZeJun has hired Ma Huijuan as partner. She joined from Beijing Jiacheng & Taihe Law Firm, where she was the managing partner.

Ma focuses on investment, M&A, real estate and construction, and dispute resolution. She has advised on numerous disputes concerning construction contract, equity and letter of credit. She also advises on foreign investment, real estate development as well as infrastructure projects.
