国枫律师事务所近日迎来李志勇律师、陆易律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京及上海办公室。

李志勇律师执业三十余年，在并购领域拥有丰富的理论与实践经验，尤其侧重于房地产及产业园区、投融资及并购、钢铁冶金、矿产资源等领域的法律服务，并且十分擅长处理企业合规管理、民商事诉讼、复杂交易结构设计等问题。加盟国枫前，李志勇在北京朗山律师事务所担任主任。

陆易律师深耕税务合规与家族企业治理领域，拥有超过25年法律和税务专业服务经验。她专注于税务合规和争议解决、家族和家族企业治理以及家企传承建设、并购和投资、公司法律服务。此前，陆易律师在上海勤理律师事务所担任合伙人。

国枫在一份新闻稿中指出，两位合伙人及其团队将在国枫发挥所长，进一步巩固和增强国枫在相关领域的综合实力。

这是国枫在今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Grandway adds two heavyweights in Beijing and Shanghai

Grandway Law Offices has hired Li Chiyong and Clare Lu as partners in its Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively. 

Li Chiyong has been practicing for over 30 years and has extensive theoretical and practical experiences in M&A, with particular emphasis on legal services related to real estate and industrial parks, steel and metallurgy, and mineral resources. Li also specializes in corporate compliance management, civil and commercial litigation and the design of complex transaction structures. Prior to joining Grandway, Li was director of Beijing Lascend Law Firm.

Clare Lu has over 25 years of experience in the field of tax law. She focuses on tax compliance and dispute resolution, family business governance as well as family business legacy building, M&A and investment, and corporate legal services. Lu previously worked as partner at Shanghai Qin Li Law Firm, a recently dissolved big 4 affiliate firm.

Grandway addressed in one press release that the introduction of the two partners and their teams would bring their strengths into play and further enhance the firm’s overall strength in relevant areas.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by Grandway this year.
