温律师在资本市场领域拥有超过20年的法律服务经验，专长于香港企业融资、香港上市、上市前投资和重组、上市后监管及合规、二次融资、SPAC等法律事务。他曾协助超过30家公司在香港上市。

王律师在资本市场领域拥有超过10年的法律服务经验，擅长香港企业融资、香港上市、上市前投资和重组、上市后监管及合规等法律事务，曾参与的香港上市项目涉及生物科技、制造业、通讯、医疗服务及房地产等。

这是国浩香港继今年8月迎来房地产业务专家温韶文律师后的最新一批合伙人级别引入。

Grandall adds finance expert duo in HK

Grandall Zimmern Law Firm, the Hong Kong association firm of the PRC’s Grandall, has hired corporate finance experts Wan Kok Leong (L) and Wong Sin Tung from Addleshaw Goddard.

Wan has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets. He has expertise in Hong Kong corporate finance, Hong Kong listing, pre-listing investment and restructuring, post-listing regulation and compliance, second finance, and SPAC. Wan has advised over 30 companies on Hong Kong listing.

Wong, who shares the expertise areas with Wan, has over 10 years’ experience in capital markets. She has advised a variety of companies in Hong Kong listing, involving industries like biotech, manufacturing, telecommunication, healthcare, and real estate. 

This is Grandall’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Shiu-man Wan in August.
