国浩律师事务所近日迎来钱奕律师以国际发展与涉外业务总顾问的身份加盟。加入国浩前，钱律师曾任上海元达律师事务所创始人及管理合伙人。

钱律师专注于公司业务、兼并与收购、金融、私募基金和风险投资、私人客户服务等领域。此前，钱律师还担任了百事中国投资有限公司副总经理和法律主管、飞利浦电子集团亚洲高级法律顾问等职。

国浩在一份新闻稿中表示，钱奕律师的加入将进一步推动中国上市公司赴欧洲资本市场融资业务，并将为国浩家族财富业务向全球拓展以及其他国际业务发展增添强劲助力。

Grandall adds Yuanda’s ex-founding partner

Kevin Qian has been appointed general counsel of international development and foreign affairs at Grandall Law Firm. Previously, Qian co-founded Yuanda China Law Offices and was a founding partner of YuandaWinston Alliance. 

Qian has expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity, venture capital, and private client services. Before this, Qian was the deputy general manager and legal counsel at PepsiCo Investment China and the senior legal counsel at Philips Electronics in Asia.

In a press release, Grandall announced that the addition of Qian will enhance the financing of Chinese-listed companies in the European capital markets. It will also contribute to the global expansion of the firm's family wealth practice and other international business development.
