国际离岸律师事务所衡力斯近日迎来黄晓娴律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室公司业务团队。此前，黄律师曾执业于盛德律师事务所上海办公室，并曾在瑞生国际律师事务所和年利达律师事务所的香港办事处工作。

黄律师在战略投资和并购方面具有丰富经验，她为各类跨境和跨司法管辖区的公司事务提供咨询意见，擅长私募股权交易、私人公司和上市公司并购、合资企业成立以及首次公开发行。黄律师的主要客户包括私募和风险投资人，上市公司和私人公司，以及其他战略投资人和跨国公司。

黄律师加盟后，衡力斯上海代表处共有两位合伙人。

Harneys strengthens Shanghai arm with corporate partner from Sidley Austin

Global offshore law firm Harneys has hired Calamus Huang as a partner in its Shanghai office’s corporate practice team from Sidley Austin. Huang had also practiced at the Hong Kong offices of Latham & Watkins and Linklaters.

Calamus is an experienced strategic investment and M&A lawyer. Her major clients include private equity and venture capital investors, listed and private companies as well as other strategic investors and multinationals. She advises on a wide range of cross-border and multi-jurisdictional corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, private and public M&As, joint venture formations and initial public offerings.

Harneys’ Shanghai office now has two partners following the joining of Huang.
