金杜律师事务所近日迎来6位合伙人加盟：颜俊律师加入了金杜深圳办公室；广州办公室则迎来了李文敏律师和李春开律师；马笑匀律师加盟南京办公室；梁瑾律师加盟杭州办公室；三亚办公室则迎来了王垚律师。

加盟金杜前，颜俊、李文敏、李春开均就职于君泽君律师事务所广州分所，其中颜律师为原所负责人，另外两位为合伙人。马律师曾为江苏新高的律师事务所高级合伙人，梁律师为锦天城律师事务所杭州分所合伙人，王律师为盈科律师事务所海口分所合伙人。

根据金杜的新闻稿，颜俊律师的主要执业领域是房地产、基础设施和并购重组。近年来，他带领团队专注于房地产与PPP、资产证券化等领域，打造了这些领域的国内一流团队。他的团队还在医疗大健康养老和教育文化旅游等领域有出色业绩。

李文敏律师的主要执业领域是资产证券化与结构融资，李春开律师的主要执业领域是房地产投融资、基础设施和并购重组，并在PPP领域拥有丰富经验；马律师的执业领域包括跨境投资与并购、银行与私募股权，专注于智能制造、医疗健康与生物医药等行业；梁律师长期专注于证券 、资本市场领域；王律师则常年深耕海南市场，主要执业领域为民商事争议解决。

KWM hires PPP, cap markets, real estate experts in GBA

King & Wood Mallesons has hired 6 new partners in the Greater Bay Area and South East China. Yan Jun, Li Wenmin and Li Chunkai all came from JunZeJun Law Firm, with Yan joining KWM’s Shenzhen office and the others joining the Guangzhou office. Ma Xiaoyun, Liang Jin, Wang Yao join the firm’s Nanjing, Hangzhou, Sanya offices from Jiangsu G&D Law Firm, AllBright Law Offices and Yingke Law Firm, respectively.

According to KWM, Yan Jun specializes in real estate, infrastructure and M&A. In recent years, Yan has led his team in real estate, PPP and asset securitization, his team also shines in healthcare, education, culture and tourism fields.

Meanwhile, Li Wenming specializes in asset securitization and structural financing; Li Chunkai specializes in real estate investment as well as finance and has extensive experience in PPP programs; Ma Xiaoyun specializes in cross-border investment, M&A, private equity, covering sectors such as smart manufacture, healthcare and biopharmaceuticals; Liang Jin specializes in corporate merger, overseas listing and finance; and Wang Yao specializes in dispute resolution, having more than 10 years of experience in the legal field in Hainan.
