天同律师事务所近日迎来仲裁专家蒋弘律师、证券专家周卫青律师以合伙人身份加盟。蒋律师还将担任天同仲裁业务总负责人，此前，她曾在汇仲律师事务所担任合伙人，并曾出任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海办公室副主任。周律师此前曾在湘财证券担任合规与风险管理总部总经理、董事会秘书。两位合伙人将主要在北京、上海两地执业。

蒋律师专注于商事仲裁的研究和实践，具备境内外仲裁实务经验，处理过大量国际贸易、投融资、外商投资、股权交易、金融证券、房地产等仲裁案件，对疑难复杂商事案件富有经验。她目前还担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会等多家仲裁机构仲裁员。

周律师是证券合规专家，曾在多家证券公司担任总法律顾问，负责合规与风险管理相关法律事务。周律师还具备丰富的证券法学课题研究经验，曾担任中国证券法学研究会理事。

TianTong adds arbitration and securities duo of partners practicing in Beijing and Shanghai

TianTong Law Firm has hired arbitration expert Jiang Hong and securities expert Zhou Weiqing as partners mainly practicing in Beijing and Shanghai. Jiang, who will also lead TianTong’s arbitration team, was a partner at Hui Zhong Law Firm prior to joining the firm. She had also been the deputy director of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)’s Shanghai office. Zhou was the board secretary and director of compliance and risks management department at Xiangcai Securities before joining TianTong.

Jiang focuses on the study and practice of commercial arbitration. She has dealt with a variety of complex cases involving international trade, investment and finance, foreign direct investment, equity trade, securities, and real estate. Jiang is currently an arbitrator at a number of arbitration institutions including CIETAC.

Zhou is an expert in securities compliance, and has advised a number of securities companies on compliance and risks management as a general counsel. Zhou was a member of council at Institute of Securities Law of China Law Society and has experience in academic research in this field.
