奋迅律所近日任命前金杜合伙人王剑钊为合伙人。王律师的加盟将极大加强奋迅在保险和结构融资方面的业务，同时奋迅的合伙人人数也增加到七名。
王律师是中国民法领域的专家，其主要执业领域包括保险、结构融资、公司并购及重组改制和诉讼仲裁。
奋迅成立于2009年底，其创始合伙人都有着在美国著名律所包括盛信，谢尔曼.思特灵及德普工作的经历。奋迅的目标是立志成为与华尔街同行不相上下的中国律所。
FenXun Partners (奋迅律所) has appointed former King & Wood (金杜律所) partner Wang Jianzhao (王剑钊) as partner in its insurance and structured finance practices. The appointment of Wang increases the total number of partners at the firm to seven.
Wang is considered an expert on China’s Civil Code, and also practices in the areas of dispute resolution and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in a number of large-scale projects over the past few years including the Hong Kong initial public offering of AIA, Temasek’s investment in New China Life Insurance Co., and the establishment of HSBC Life Insurance Co.
Established in December 2009 with lawyers taken from elite U.S. law firms such as Simpson Thacher, Shearman & Sterling and Debevoise & Plimpton, FenXun aims to become the Chinese equivalent of a Wall Street law firm.
