天达共和律师事务所上海办公室近日迎来三位新合伙人加盟，蒋鹤婷律师、李丽霞律师、陆以洁律师此前分别就职于中伦律师事务所、上海大邦律师事务所及上海光大律师事务所，蒋律师和李律师在加盟前均为前任所律师，陆律师则为前任所合伙人。她们都将在上海展开执业。

蒋鹤婷律师的执业领域为公司业务、并购、知识产权和私募基金，她在服务文化娱乐行业方面具有丰富经验，现同时担任上海戏剧学院客座讲师；李丽霞律师的执业领域主要为公司业务、劳动及网络安全/数据合规；陆以洁律师的执业领域为公司业务、资本市场与并购。

天达共和在新闻稿中表示，三位合伙人的加盟进一步夯实了其在长江三角区的战略部署，并增强了天达共和在相关领域的法律服务能力。

East & Concord grows in SH with Zhong Lun, DeBund, Everbright additions

East & Concord Partners has hired Jiang Heting, Li Lixia (Lisa) and Lu Yijie as partners in its Shanghai office. The three join Zhong Lun Law Firm, DeBund Law Offices and Shanghai Everbright Law Firm, respectively.

The practice areas of Lu, who was a partner at Everbright, include corporate, capital markets and M&A.

Jiang, who was an associate at Zhong Lun works in corporate, M&A, IP and private equity, with special focus on the entertainment industry.

Li, who was also an associate at DeBund, focuses on general corporate, employment and cybersecurity and data protection compliance.

According to East & Concord, the hires will strengthen the firm’s offering in the Yangtze River Delta area.
