安杰世泽律师事务所近日迎来王智宁、赵明清律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、深圳办公室。

王律师的专业领域为反垄断与反不正当竞争，在经营者集中申报、反垄断行政调查应对、反垄断民事诉讼、反垄断和反不正当竞争合规等细分领域均具有丰富的经验。加入安杰世泽前，他曾就职于天地和律师所事务所。

赵律师的专业领域为资本市场与证券，主要为客户提供企业上市、新三板挂牌、投融资、并购重组、私募基金及常年法律顾问的法务服务。加入安杰世泽前，他曾就职于德恒律师所事务所。

这是安杰世泽今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Anjie Broad adds duo experts in Beijing, Shenzhen

Anjie Broad Law Firm has hired duo experts Wang Zhining, Zhao Mingqing as a partner in its Beijing, Shenzhen office. 

Wang specializes in anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition. He has extensive experience in the niche areas of operator concentration declaration, anti-monopoly administrative investigation response, anti-monopoly civil litigation, anti-monopoly, and anti-unfair competition compliance. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, Wang worked at T&D Associates.

Zhao specializes in capital markets and securities, mainly providing legal services to clients on corporate listing, New Third Board listing, investment and financing, M&A and restructuring, private equity and permanent legal counsel. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, Zhao worked at DeHeng Law Offices.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2023.
