安杰世泽律师事务所近日迎来曾豪渊律师、张艳律师以合伙人身份分别加盟深圳/香港办公室、上海办公室。

作为安杰世泽的国际合伙人，曾豪渊律师的专业领域为跨境投资和并购、私募股权与风险投资、公司/商事业务、区块链、数字经济和人工智能、科技、媒体与电信（TMT）。加入安杰世泽前，他曾在全球性股份登记公司Computershare Group担任总法律顾问。

张艳律师具有十八年的执业经验，她的专业领域聚焦于资本市场、企业合规、私人财富管理、跨境投资和并购领域，曾为上百家企业提供过投融资、证券、合规、争议解决等法律服务。加入安杰世泽前，她曾就职于家理律师事务所。

这是安杰世泽今年引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。

Anjie Broad adds duo in HK, Shanghai

Anjie Broad Law Firm has hired Kevin Tsen and Yolanda Zhang as partners in its Hong Kong/Shenzhen and Shanghai offices, respectively. 

Joined the firm as an international partner, Tsen specializes in cross-border investments and M&A, and private equity and venture capital, with focuses on the industries of blockchain, digital economy, artificial intelligence, as well as other TMT sectors. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, he was general counsel at Computershare Group, which is the world's largest global securities registry business.

With 18 years of experience, Zhang focuses on the practice areas of capital markets, corporate compliance, private wealth management, cross-border investment, and M&A. She has provided legal services to hundreds of companies on investment and financing, securities, compliance, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Anjie Broad, she worked at Jiali Law Firm.

This is the firm's third batch of partner-level hires in 2023.
