安理律师事务所近日迎来姬军律师及其团队成员加盟，这支团队由七名合伙人以及20名律师和其他人员组成，在商事争议解决、投资并购、知识产权、劳动争议、合规管理及合规危机对应，特别是涉日本企业业务领域具有丰富经验。未来姬律师将在安理北京总部展开执业，团队其他成员则将在北京、上海、东京等地工作。
姬律师的执业领域为诉讼仲裁、知识产权、债权回收、合规管理、反商业贿赂、外商直接投资和公司并购等，曾代表日本某企业起诉四名中国被告商标侵权取得完全胜利，代表日本某大型电机厂商赢得中国第一例认定商品外观可受反不正当竞争法保护的案件，并全程参与了日清食品在香港的上市。他加盟安理前曾任世泽律师事务所创始合伙人，具有丰富的律所管理经验。
随姬律师加盟的另外六名合伙人为陈轶凡、殷宏亮、赵丰、韩冬梅、卢伟、袁星。陈律师的执业领域为中日双向投资/并购、劳动法、涉外争议解决，曾为数十家日本企业在中国设立外商投资企业、外资并购项目等提供法律服务；殷律师的执业领域为外商投资、公司并购、公司治理/合规管理，他曾在三井化学日本总部法务部工作逾7年，负责过多项中日间石化领域大型投资和并购项目，并长期协助外资企业总部及中国子公司构筑并运营合规管理体系；赵律师的执业领域为知识产权、争议解决等，专注于为日本企业提供法律服务。
韩律师的执业领域为仲裁诉讼、外商直接投资、并购和风险投资，曾参与办理日本雅马哈发动机商标侵权案、美国礼来公司专利侵权赔偿纠纷案等；卢律师执业领域为股权、工程、反不正当竞争等领域的争议解决，以及劳动人事管理、劳动争议解决；袁律师则专长于知识产权及争议解决。
安理在新闻稿中评论道，姬军律师及其团队的到来将提高安理的业务实力和专业水平，姬律师也将凭借管理经验在安理下一阶段内部管理优化、专业化发展、律所平台和品牌建设中扮演重要角色。未来安理将尽快设立上海、东京两地办公室，以满足两地及其辐射区域内客户的需求。
2019年，安理律师事务所与中博律师事务所合并，目前安理工作人员总人数已超过420人。
Anli snabs up a seven-partner team from local competitor
Beijing-headquartered Anli Partners has hired Ji Jun as partner in its Beijing office, who brought with him a team of 20 staff, including six other partners. The team will practice in Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo in the future.
Anli stated in one press release that the team focuses on commercial dispute resolution, investment and M&A, intellectual property and compliance, with special expertise on providing services to Japanese clients.
Ji Jun specializes in litigation and arbitration, intellectual property, compliance, anti-bribery, direct foreign investment and M&A. He has represented famous Japanese enterprises in trademark infringement as well as unfair competition cases in China and has participated in Nissin Food Group’s initial public offering in Hong Kong. Before joining Anli, he was the founding partner of another Beijing-based firm Broad & Bright and therefore has rich experience with law firm management.
The other six partners joining with Ji are Chen Yifan, Yin Hongliang, Zhao Feng, Han Dongmei, Lu Wei and Yuan Xing. Chen, Yin and Zhao are also experts on Japan-related legal services, and focus on foreign investment, M&A and compliance, and intellectual property, respectively.
Meanwhile Han focuses on dispute resolution, and has represented Yamaha Motor and Eli Lilly and Company in infringement cases. Lu specializes in dispute resolution concerning unfair competition and labour law, while Yuan is an expert on intellectual property, litigation and arbitration.
The arrival of the team will highly boost Anli’s professionalism in certain business sectors, and by means of Ji’s experience with firm management, Anli will further optimize its management and brand strategy, the firm stated.
Anli merged with fellow firm Sinobridge PRC Lawyers in 2019 and now has a headcount of over 420 people.
