安理律师事务所近日迎来林敏捷、魏鹏、胡丽娟三位律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

林律师此前曾执业于京都律师事务所，其专业领域为私募股权投资、项目融资、信托及资产管理、企业国有产权交易及资产重组。林律师多年来致力于金融企业合规管理及风险控制业务，服务行业涉及房地产、银行及非银金融机构、新能源产业等领域。

魏律师执业领域包括保险、民商事诉讼、刑事案件，多次成功代理重大刑事案件，并为多家大型金融机构、基金公司、企事业单位及上市公司提供包括复杂民商事诉讼及仲裁、金融非诉项目服务及投融资类争议解决、金融不良资产处置等专业法律服务。

胡律师此前执业于京都律师事务所，专注于房地产、民商事诉讼与仲裁、并购重组。她曾为超过四百家国内外客户提供常年、专项法律顾问服务，协助客户完成股权及资产并购、公司重组、外商投资、房地产开发、信托业务、私募基金等项目。

这是继今年7月安理迎来合伙人李鹰加盟其北京办公室后的最新一批合伙人级别横向招聘。

Anli strengthens its Beijing headquarter by adding three partners

Anli Partners has added Lin Minjie, Wei Peng and Hu Lijuan as partners in its headquarter in Beijing.

Prior to joining Anli, Lin practiced at King & Capital Law Firm. His practice areas include private equity, project finance, trust fund and asset management, and asset restructuring and transaction of state-owned rights of enterprises. Lin has advised several financial companies on compliance management and risks control, involving industries like real estate, banking, finance, and new energies.

Wei’s practice focuses on insurance, civil and commercial litigation, and criminal cases. He has successfully represented a number of major criminal cases, and has advised several large financial institutes, securities companies and listed companies on complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, financial non-litigation projects, dispute resolution in investment and finance, and disposition of non-performing assets.

Hu practiced at King & Capital Law Firm before joining Anli. She has expertise in real estate, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and M&A. Hu has advised more than 400 domestic and foreign clients on acquisition of equity and assets, restructuring, foreign investment, real estate development, trust funds, and private equity.

This is Anli’s latest patch of partner-level lateral hire since adding partner Li Ying in July.
