安理律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家张飞虎、金融与保险专家关丽梅、税务专家郑成跃三位律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其北京、昆明、重庆办公室。

张律师执业领域为知识产权、房地产和行政争议解决。他曾于2013年至2021年间在北京市知识产权局工作八年，主办的专利行政裁决执法案件多次入选全国知识产权保护典型案例。

关律师专业领域为金融与保险、商事诉讼与仲裁，曾参与过多家银行不良资产清收业务，并为多家银行的多起债权清收、资产债务重组提供专项法律服务。

郑律师专业领域为涉税刑事案件、税务危机处理、税务规划等。他曾在原省级税务机关工作近20年，有大量承办涉税案件及税法专项服务经验，执业前后为上千家企业和税务机关等单位提供各种法税服务。

这是安理今年下半年的首批合伙人级别引入。

Anli adds partner trio in three offices

Anli Partners has hired intellectual property lawyer Zhang Feihu, finance and insurance veteran Guan Limei, and tax expert Zheng Chengyue as partners in its Beijing, Kunming, and Chongqing offices, respectively.

Zhang’s practice areas are IP, real estate, and administrative dispute resolution. He worked at Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office from 2013 to 2021, having dealt with many patent administrative adjudication law enforcement cases that were selected as typical cases of national intellectual property protection.

Guan specializes in finance and insurance, as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. She has handled many banks’ non-performing asset collection projects for many banks and advised them on a number of debt collection and asset and debt restructuring projects.

Zheng’s practice areas include tax-related criminal cases, tax crisis handling, and tax planning. He has 20 years of experience in former provincial tax authorities, having handled many tax-related cases and advised many enterprises and authorities on tax-related law.

This is Anli’s first batch of partner-level hire in the second half of 2022.
