安理律师事务所近日迎来肖莹律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加盟前，肖律师曾短暂任职于天元律师事务所，此前则以顾问身份任职于中闻律师事务所。

根据安理的一份新闻稿，肖律师的执业领域为刑事辩护、政府法律服务。她曾在某市公安机关案件审核等部门工作15年，近年来曾先后为某企业涉及破产、破产财产取回权、关联人涉嫌刑事犯罪等系列案件，某大型合资公司涉及员工职务侵占、员工被诈骗案，某上市企业被敲诈勒索案，以及截止目前涉案人数最多、金额最大的某网络公司侵犯著作权案等提供法律服务。

根据ALB此前报道，今年1月，安理刚刚迎来姬军律师及其带领的律师团队加盟。

Anli hires criminal law expert in Beijing

Anli Partners has hired Xiao Ying as partner in its Beijing headquarter. Before joining the firm, Xiao worked two years as a consultant for Zhongwen Law Firm. She then moved to Tian Yuan Law Firm and stayed there for a short period.

Xiao practices on criminal defense and government legal services. She has fifteen years of experience working at a public security agency. In recent years, she has provided legal services for a series of criminal and civil cases concerning duty encroachment, extortion and copyright infringement.

According to ALB’s previous report, Anli has just hired partner Ji Jun and his team early this year.
