近日，安理律师事务所迎来多位法律专家加盟。

涉外专家王晓娜律师便以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加入安理前，王律师曾在大成律师事务所担任合伙人。

王律师拥有十六年的执业经验，擅长处理公司并购与重组、跨境投资与并购、跨境资产重整与处置，以及与上述业务相关的外商投资安全审查、跨境数据流动与合规、公司治理等领域业务。

安理在一份新闻稿中指出，王律师的加盟将助推安理全面提升涉外法律服务能力、不断拓宽涉外法律业务边界。
 

此外，近日加盟安理北京办公室的还有程雪峰知产团队的3位顾问：高级顾问程雪峰、荣誉顾问刘建民以及高级顾问路芳。

程雪峰顾问从事知识产权业务20余年，在商标、专利、版权和商业秘密、反不正当竞争等知识产权法律实务等专业领域有着丰富的实务经验。

刘建民顾问精通知识产权方面的相关法律法规和国际条约，专业领域为专利申请、许可、转让、争议、复审；商标申请注册、异议、争议和行政诉讼；商标、专利和著作权侵权案件。

路芳顾问从事知识产权行业多年，具有丰富的代理实践经验，熟悉中国以及海外多个国家和地区的知识产权法律及规定。

Anli adds experts in Beijing

Anli Partners has hired foreign-related expert Wang Xiaona as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Anli, Wang worked as partner at Dentons. 

With sixteen years of experience, Wang specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and mergers and acquisitions, cross-border asset restructuring and dispositions, as well as foreign investment security reviews, cross-border data flow and compliance, and corporate governance related to the above-mentioned practices.

Anli addressed in a release that Wang will help the firm enhance its foreign-related legal services.

In addition, senior counsel Cheng Xuefeng, honorary counsel Liu Jianmin, and senior counsel Lu Fang have joined Anli’s Beijing office as well.

Cheng Xuefeng has been engaged in intellectual property business for more than 20 years and has rich practical experience in professional fields such as trademark, patent, copyright and trade secret, anti-unfair competition and other intellectual property law practice.

Liu Jianmin is well versed in relevant laws and regulations and international treaties on intellectual property, specializing in patent applications, licenses, assignments, disputes and reexaminations; trademark applications, registrations, oppositions, disputes and administrative litigation; and trademark, patent and copyright infringement cases.

Fang Lu has been in the IP industry for many years and has extensive practical experience in representing clients and is familiar with the IP laws and regulations of China and many overseas countries and regions.
