安理律师事务所近日迎来涉外专家冯彩红律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

冯律师具有13年执业经验，她的专业领域为境外投资、外商投资、涉外合规、反垄断以及公司治理业务等。加入安理之前，冯律师曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

安理在一份新闻稿中表示，冯律师的加入将有效增强安理在相关业务领域的整体竞争优势，促进安理专业化建设实现长足发展。

这是安理今年最新引入的一位合伙人级别律师。

Anli adds cross-border expert in Beijing

Anli Partners has recently added cross-border expert Feng Caihong as a partner in its Beijing office.

With 13 years of experience, Feng specializes in outbound investment, foreign investment, foreign-related compliance, antitrust, and corporate governance practices. Prior to joining Anli, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Anli addressed in a press release that the addition of Feng will effectively enhance the overall competitive advantage of the firm in the relevant practice areas and promote its professionalization to achieve long-term development.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
