年利达律师事务所近日迎来公司业务专家郑志豪以合伙人身份加入其香港办公室公司业务团队。

郑律师在公司并购、资本市场等领域具有非常丰富的执业经验。加入年利达之前，郑律师曾担任香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的高级董事兼收购团队主管；在2018年加入证监会之前，他曾在司力达律师事务所担任公司业务部合伙人。

年利达在一份新闻稿中表示，郑律师的加入将为该所客户在进行香港上市公司私有化及其他公开市场交易时起到极大的增值作用。

随着郑律师的加入，年利达香港办公室目前共有31名合伙人。

Linklaters adds corporate expert in Hong Kong

Linklaters recently has hired corporate expert Roger Cheng as a partner in its Hong Kong office.

Cheng has expertise in public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions including IPOs. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as senior director and the head of the takeovers team in Securities and Futures Commission. And prior to joining SFC, Cheng worked in Slaughter and May.

Linklaters addressed in a press release that the addition of Cheng will further strengthens and complements Linklaters’ market-leading M&A practice in Hong Kong and widens the team’s corporate, M&A, takeovers and equities offering.

The firm now has 31 partners in Hong Kong.
