近日，广东敬海晋升曹阳辉及徐军为律所合伙人。两者都是海事海商方面的专家。至此，敬海合伙人增加到17人。

曹阳辉在2003年加入敬海，并在2005年至2006年参加中国青年律师赴英培训项目，其间在伦敦大学亚非学院（SOAS）、年利达律师行伦敦总部、伦敦Quadrant Chambers（大律师行）及香港的英士律师行接受培训；2009年，曹阳辉回到敬海担任海事二组组长。

徐军于2004年加入敬海，并于2008年提升为敬海上海分所海事二组组长。在这之前，徐军曾在某国际运输公司上海公司担任副经理及经理近十年。

另外，敬海近期还聘请了蒋远东担任其知识产权部总经理。前任彭凯近期因个人原因离开律所。

蒋远东在知识产权方面拥有丰富的工作经验。多年来，他一直从事打假、产品侵权以及假冒商标案件的处理，涉及行业包括汽车配件、电动工具、通讯产品、快速消费品、药品和各类其他产。

Wang Jing & Co (WJC) has promoted Cao Yanghui and Xu Jun to the firm’s partnership.  Both Cao and Xu are lawyers in the firm’s shipping practice. The appointments bring the total number of partners at the firm to 17.

Cao joined WJC in 2003. From 2005 through 2006 he participated in the Lord Chancellor's Trainings Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyer and received training from the SOAS at the University of London. He also spent time in the London office of Linklaters, Quadrant Chambers, and more recently with the Hong Kong office of Ince & Co. Cao returned to WJC in 2009 to lead the firm’s Admiralty department.

Xu joined WJC in 2004, and was promoted to head of the firm’s Shanghai Admiralty team in 2008. Xu also boasts extensive private sector experience having worked as the deputy and general manager of an international transport company for almost a decade.

The firm has also added to its IP group. Following the departure of former IP manager Pen Kai, Jiang Yuandong will take the reins of the firm’s IP group.

Jiang, who has extensive experience in the area, has been dealing with cases concerning counterfeits, product infringement and trademark counterfeiting in the fields of automobile components, motor-driven tools, telecom products, fast moving consumer goods, drugs and other sectors. ALB
