位于深圳的德和衡简家骢永本金月（前海）联营律师事务所近日迎来财税专家王翎入律师，以德衡律师集团联席合伙人身份加盟其东盟事业部杨琪律师团队。此前，王律师曾在中伦文德胡百全（前海）联营律师事务所担任合伙人，并曾在深圳市高新投集团担任法律部部长。

王律师在财税法律事务、公司并购与重组、合规法律事务领域具有丰富经验，曾为多家国有企业、金融机构等就创投、融资提供法律意见。王律师同时还是一名注册税务师。

这是德和衡前海联营所继8月中上旬迎来注册香港律师洪英毅之后的最新招聘。

DHH adds tax partner in Shenzhen-based joint operation

The Shenzhen-based DHH Kan & LL (Qianhai) Law Firm has recently hired tax expert Wang Lingru as a partner from P.C. Woo & Zhonglun W.D., where she was a partner.

Wang has expertise in tax, corporate M&A and restructuring, and corporate compliance. She has advised a number of state-owned enterprises and financial institutes on investment and finance. Wang is also a certified tax agent.

This is the firm’s latest hire following the addition of Eric Hong, a registered Hong Kong lawyer, earlier in August.
