美国德汇律师事务所近日迎来Marc Kushner律师以合伙人身份加盟其纽约办公室，Kushner及其团队的加入将进一步扩大该所的中美业务部，Kushner也将担任德汇美国并购业务部负责人。

加盟德汇前，Kushner曾担任Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt律所美国并购团队主管。此前他还曾在美国德普律师事务所工作17年。

Kushner是位并购专家，专注于复杂的跨境交易，并拥有中美跨境交易的丰富经验。他的从业经验包括为上市公司及私营企业、私募股权基金和养老基金提供兼并、收购、剥离、合营、杠杆收购、少数股权投资、资本重组等法律咨询。他曾代表深圳广和通、中国钼业集团等开展一系列颇具影响力的并购交易。

Dorsey expands U.S.-China practice with M&A hire

Dorsey & Whitney has hired Marc Kushner as a partner together with his team in the firm’s New York office. Kushner and his team will join the firm’s U.S.-China practice and Kushner will also be its new head of U.S. M&A.

Before joining Dorsey, Kushner worked at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt’s New York office as its U.S. M&A team head. He also has 17 years’ experience with Debevoise & Plimpton.

According to Dorsey’s press release, Kushner is a leading mergers and acquisitions lawyer, focusing on complex cross-border transactions including extensive experience with U.S.-China cross-border transactions. His experience includes advising public and private companies, private equity firms and pension funds on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations and other transactional matters.

He has advised Chinese companies like Fibocom Wireless, China Molybdenum on a number of high-profile M&A deals.
