拓维律师事务所近日迎来Tubagus Wahyu Ryan Wardhana律师以印尼法律顾问的身份加盟其雅加达办公室。

Tubagus律师拥有五年以上的执业经验，在房地产、建筑工程、公司并购、劳工关系、诉讼、仲裁等专业领域拥有丰富经验。加入拓维之前，他在擅长房地产领域法律事务的雅加达Leks & Co Lawyers律师事务所工作。

拓维在一份新闻稿中表示，Tubagus律师的加入将对其为中资企业在印尼提供法律服务的开展起到重要的推动作用。

据悉，拓维于2017年便组建了由跨境投资专业律师和印尼语专业人才组成的印尼投资服务团队，为中国超过20多个省市企业赴印尼投资提供全流程服务。服务行业包括数字经济、汽车电子、纺织服装、重工业、能源、石化钢铁金属等。

2023年，拓维正式落子雅加达，由中、印尼两国律师和商务代表组成的服务团队为中国投资者提供完善的法律服务。

Topwe adds Indonesia legal counsel in Jakarta

Topwe Law Firm has recently added Tubagus Wahyu Ryan Wardhana as Indonesia legal counsel in its Jakarta office.

Tubagus has more than five years of practice experience in real estate, construction and engineering, mergers and acquisitions, labor relations, litigation, and arbitration. Prior to joining Topwe, he worked at Leks & Co Lawyers.

Topwe addressed in a press release that the addition of Tubagus will be an important boost to the development of its legal services for Chinese companies in Indonesia.

According to Topwe, the firm set up an Indonesian investment service team in 2017, composed of lawyers specializing in cross-border investment and Indonesian language professionals, providing full-process services for Chinese enterprises from more than 20 provinces and cities to invest in Indonesia. 

The service industries include digital economy, automotive electronics, textile and apparel, heavy industry, energy, petrochemical steel and metal.

In 2023, Topwe was launched in Jakarta officially, and the service team composed of Chinese and Indonesian lawyers and business representatives provides perfect legal services for Chinese investors.
