美国摩根路易斯近期提升段民为北京代表处顾问。

段律师在跨国兼并和收购，美国证券交易所的上市和退市，私募基金，风险资本融资等方面有着十多年的经验。他于2007年加入摩根路易斯北京办事处。

段律师拥有纽约律师执业资格，是在摩根路易斯北京办事处的唯一一名顾问。该律所的北京办事处，成立于2006年，目前有9名律师。

Morgan Lewis has elevated one lawyer to counsel in Beijing.

The newly- promoted counsel is Duan Min.  Duan has more than ten years experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, listings and delisting from the U.S. stock exchanges, private equity, and venture capital financing.  He joined Morgan Lewis's Beijing office as associate in 2007.

Admitted to practice in New York, Dun is the only counsel in Morgan Lewis's Beijing office. The firm's Beijing office, established in 2006, currently has nine lawyers.
