植德律师事务所近日迎来高洋律师、詹程律师、马帅律师以合伙人身份加盟。

高律师是植德香港办公室的负责合伙人，她深耕国际资本市场及跨境投融资并购领域十余年，积累了丰富的境外IPO及债券发行项目经验。加入植德前，她曾就职于天元律师事务所。

詹律师的主要执业领域为资本市场和争议解决，拥有二十余年的丰富执业经验，从业以来已协助多家企业在境内外资本市场成功上市或申请上市。加入植德前，他曾就职于锦天城律师事务所。

马律师长期专注于金融、商事及航运等领域的争议解决，在相关领域积累了丰富的办案经验。加入植德前，他曾就职于某央企法律部门担任法律顾问。

植德在一篇新闻稿中表示，此次3位合伙人的加入，将进一步提升该所在资本市场、争议解决、投融资并购、银行与金融、特殊资产与破产重组等业务领域的服务实力。

这是植德今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree adds three experts

Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired three experts Lindsay Gao, Zhan Cheng, Ma Shuai as partners.

Gao oversees Merits & Tree’s Hong Kong office. She has been involved in international capital markets and cross-border M&A for more than 10 years. In particular, she has accumulated extensive experience in offshore IPO and bond issuance projects. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at Tianyuan Law Firm.

Zhan's mainly focuses on capital markets and dispute resolution. He has over 20 years of experience and has assisted a number of companies to successfully list or apply for listing in both domestic and overseas capital markets since his practice. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Ma has a long-standing focus on dispute resolution in the financial, commercial, and shipping sectors, and he has accumulated extensive experience in handling cases in these areas. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked as an in-house counsel in a central enterprise.

Merits & Tree addressed in a press release that the addition of the three partners will further enhance the firm's services in the areas of capital markets, dispute resolution, investment and financing M&A, banking and finance, special assets and insolvency restructuring.

This is the fourth batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
