植德律师事务所近日迎来税务、争议解决专家张国豪律师以合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。此前，张律师在上海森岳律师事务所担任合伙人。

张律师在税务、争议解决领域经验丰富，擅长税务合规、税务筹划、合同审税、诉讼仲裁、案件执行等业务，所涉领域涵盖生命科学与医疗健康、房地产、基础设施与建筑工程、工业与高端制造等。张律师还曾为多家公司担任常年法律及税务顾问。

张律师加盟后，植德上海办公室目前共有8位合伙人。

Merits & Tree adds dispute resolution partner in Shanghai from local boutique

Beijing-headquartered Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired tax and dispute resolution expert Zhang Guohao as partner in Shanghai. Zhang was previously a partner in local boutique Shanghai Senyue Law Firm.

Zhang has expertise in tax compliance, tax planning, contract review tax, litigation and arbitration, particularly in sectors like life science, medical treatment and health, real estate, infrastructure and construction, and high-end manufacturing. 

With Zhang’s arrival, Merits & Tree now has eight partners in Shanghai.
