植德律师事务所近日迎来四位专家孙付、李冰浩、肖莹、肖婧以合伙人身份加盟。

孙律师的专业领域为争议解决，他曾长期从事房地产和建设工程以及劳动争议审判工作，具有丰富的审判实践经验。加入植德前，他曾在恒都律师事务所工作。

同样来自恒都律师事务所的还有李律师，她拥有14年的律师执业经历，专注于投融资并购领域，代理过大量合同纠纷、公司股权和并购纠纷等民商事案件，具有丰富的诉讼与非诉讼实务经验。

肖莹律师深耕争议解决领域，特别是在刑事争议解决领域拥有丰富的执业经验。加入植德前，肖莹律师曾在某直辖市公安机关工作十五年，并曾在安理律师事务所工作。

肖婧律师拥有十余年的执业经验，主要专注的执业领域为商事危机管理、刑事辩护、争议解决和文娱项目法律服务。在加入植德之前，肖婧律师曾在汇业律师事务所工作，并曾在司法系统工作多年。

这是植德在今年引入的第七批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree adds four partners

Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently welcomed four new partners to their team: Sun Fu, Li Binghao, Xiao Ying, and Xiao Jing.

Sun is an expert in dispute resolution with a proven track record in real estate, construction engineering, and labour disputes. He has extensive trial experience and previously worked at Hengdu Law Firm.

Li has 14 years of experience and specialises in investment, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She has handled civil and commercial cases, including contract disputes, company equity, and mergers and acquisitions disputes, and has experience in litigation and non-litigation practice. Before joining Merits & Tree, Li worked at Hengdu Law Firm.

Xiao Ying focuses on criminal dispute resolution. Before joining Merits & Tree, she spent 15 years working in the public security organisation of a municipality directly under the central government.  Additionally, she has worked at Anli Partners.

With over a decade of practice, Xiao Jing primarily focuses on commercial crisis management, criminal defence, dispute resolution, and legal services for cultural and entertainment projects. She previously worked at Hui Ye Law Firm and has gained experience working in the judicial system.
