植德律师事务所近日迎来李筠怡律师、丁春峰律师、钟静晶律师、孙凌岳律师、周景祥律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、上海办公室。
李筠怡律师师执业逾十五年，在投融资并购、资本市场、投资基金领域拥有丰富的理论与实践经验。加盟植德前，李律师曾在方达律师事务所担任律师，在达辉律师事务所担任合伙人。她将于北京执业。
丁春峰律师深耕投资基金、投融资并购、争议解决领域，具有律师事务所与私募投资机构的双重工作背景。加盟植德前，丁律师曾在竞天公诚律师事务所执业，在天驰君泰律师事务所担任合伙人。他将于植德上海展开执业。
钟静晶律师专注于投融资并购、不动产与基础设施、争议解决领域，并长期聚焦能源、矿产资源、地产建工等行业。加盟前，钟律师在天达共和律师事务所成都办公室担任合伙人。
孙凌岳律师深耕不动产与基础设施、政府监管与合规、争议解决领域，在旅游酒店行业具有十余年的从业经验。孙律师曾在中伦律师事务所工作，后在天达共和律师事务所担任合伙人。他将加入植德北京办公室。
周景祥律师在争议解决、投融资并购、投资基金领域拥有十余年的丰富经验，曾为诸多央企、国企及其他内外资企业提供重大诉讼代理服务。加盟植德前，周景祥律师在安理律师事务所担任合伙人。他同样工作于北京。
植德在一份新闻稿中指出，五位合伙人的加入将进一步提升植德在投融资并购、投资基金、争议解决、资本市场、不动产与基础设施、政府监管与合规等业务领域的服务实力，使植德全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到进一步增强。
这是植德在今年引入的第八批合伙人级别律师，律所合伙人总数目前已超过100位。
Merits & Tree adds the eighth batch of partners this year
Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently hired Li Yunyi, Ding Chunfeng, Zhong Jingjing, Sun Lingyue and Zhou Jingxiang as partners in its Beijing and Shanghai offices.
Li Yunyi has extensive experiences in the fields of investment and financing, capital markets and investment funds. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Li worked as a lawyer at Fangda Partners and as a partner at Dahui Lawyers.
Ding Chunfeng is an expert in the areas of investment funds, M&A and dispute resolution, with working experiences in private investment institutions. Ding has practiced at Jingtian & Gongcheng and was a partner at Tiantai Law Firm.
Zhong Jingjing specializes in M&A, real estate and infrastructure, and dispute resolution, with special focus on energy, mineral resources, and real estate and construction industries. Zhong was previously a partner at East & Concord Partners’ Chengdu office.
Sun Lingyue has over ten years of experience in the real estate and infrastructure, government regulation and compliance, and dispute resolution sectors, with in-depth knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry. Sun worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm and then moved to East & Concord Partners as a partner.
Zhou Jingxiang specializes in dispute resolution, M&A, investment funds and has acted for many central and state-owned enterprises and other domestic and foreign enterprises in major litigations. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Zhou worked as a partner at Anli Partners.
Merits & Tree addressed in one press release that the introduction of the five partners would enhance the firm’s overall strength in relevant areas.
This is the eighth batch of partner-level hires made by Merits & Tree this year. The firm now has over one hundred partners across six offices.
