曾在欧华上海办公室担任资深顾问的祖明律师，近期作为合伙人加盟品诚梅森的中国公司业务团队。祖律师拥有中英两国律师执业资格，此前还曾经在安理国际律师事务所执业。

Pinsent Masons has lured former DLA Piper senior consultant Zu Ming to increase the offerings of its China corporate group. Zu, qualified in both the UK and China, joins the firm as partner in Shanghai.

Zu has more than ten years of experience advising on foreign companies doing business in China and also outbound Chinese work, with a focus in the infrastructure and energy sectors.  Prior to joining DLA Piper's Shanghai office, he practised at Allen & Overy as the firm's China head for five years.
