离岸律师事务所毅柏近日迎来投资基金业务律师黄伟回归，他此前任职于另一家离岸律师事务所凯瑞奥信。黄律师将担任上海办事处合伙人，暨香港办事处注册外地律师（英格兰和威尔士）。

黄律师也成为毅柏今年招聘的第二位合伙人级别律师。今年2月，该所香港办事处曾迎来资深重组事务专家裴乐娜 (Lorinda Peasland) 律师加盟，裴律师此前任职于衡力斯律师事务所。

黄律师具备近10年的离岸法律经验，在代表各类型基金发起人设立基金方面具有丰富的经验，包括协助设立虚拟货币有关的投资基金。他曾于2017至2020年就职于毅柏，后前往凯瑞奥信出任顾问。

Appleby welcomes back offshore funds specialist from Carey Olsen

Offshore law firm Appleby has welcomed back offshore funds lawyer Eason Huang from rival Carey Olsen. Huang joins as a partner in Shanghai and a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.

He becomes Appleby’s second lateral partner hire this year. Back in February, the firm recruited veteran restructuring expert Lorinda Peasland as a partner in Hong Kong from rival Harneys.

Specialising in offshore investment funds, Huang advises sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation including crypto-related fund, investments and management. He earlier worked at Appleby from 2017 to 2020 before moving to Carey Olsen as a counsel.
