永衡昭辉将孙钻律师晋升为合伙人也在近日聘请了曾在江苏圣典律师事务所任执行合伙人的王宏。

孙律师同时担任南京高新技术人才协会副秘书长，在永衡昭辉的主要领域包括公司和解决纠纷的业务。
王律师则主要集中于房地产领域。

Sun Zuan, a corporate, VC and dispute resolution lawyer, has recently been promoted into Yongheng Partner’s partnership, becoming the youngest partner in the firm.

Sun joined Jiangsu FD Yongheng Law Firm in 2004 and followed a group of partners include Li Min and Chen Yingning as they splintered away to set up Yongheng Partners in May last year. Sun also doubles-up as the deputy secretary-general of the Nanjing High-Tech Experts Association.

Another partner who has recently joined the firm as partner is real estate expert Wang Hong, former executive partner at Jiangsu Sundy Law Firm. Wang’s long-term clients includes Nanjing Urban Construction & Development, Nanjing Qinhuaihe Construction Development, Nanjing Chuangning Industry Development, Nanjing Public Station Construction & Development and the Bank of Communications (Jiangsu).

Yongheng Partners is based in Nanjing and has 14 partners and over 60 lawyers. The firm has had extensive experience dealing with debt market and bank loan matters, acting for major banks like the ICBC, Bank of China and the Export-Import Bank of China.
