汇业律师事务所近日迎来杨玉方、陈军律师以高级合伙人的身份加盟北京办公室。

杨律师的主要执业领域为知识产权诉讼和非诉、争议解决、竞争法及反垄断。他具有丰富的诉讼经验，尤其擅长处理专利、商业秘密、软件著作权等疑难复杂知识产权案件。在加入汇业前，杨律师曾在天同律师事务所工作。

陈律师拥有超过20年的业务经验，主要执业领域为银行与金融、重组、清算与破产和争议解决。他尤其擅长办理疑难复杂高标的额的涉公司类、金融类诉讼事务和非诉讼事务。

汇业在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入将进一步使得汇业合伙人及专业顾问团队再次得到了业务与人员的充实，将进一步增强并扩大汇业在知识产权、争议解决、破产重组、银行与金融等领域的领先优势。

这是汇业今年引入到的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Hui Ye adds duo experts in Beijing

Hui Ye Law Firm recently added experts Yang Yufang and Peter Chen as senior partners in its Beijing office.

Yang focuses on intellectual property litigation and non-litigation, dispute resolution, competition law, and anti-monopoly. He has extensive litigation experience and is particularly good at handling difficult and complex IP cases such as patents, trade secrets, and software copyrights. Before joining Hui Ye, Yang worked at Tian Tong Law Firm.

Chen has over 20 years of practice experience, with his main areas of practice being banking and finance, restructuring, liquidation and insolvency, and dispute resolution. He has expertise in handling complex corporate and financial litigation and non-litigation matters. 

Hui Ye addressed in a press release that the addition of the two lawyers will further strengthen and expand its leading positions in intellectual property, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring, and banking and finance as the firm's team of partners and professional advisors is once again strengthened.

This is the firm's second batch of partner-level hires this year.
