近日，汇业律师事务所迎来陈颖婷、高洁、李剑鸣、施贇、张铮等律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海总部。
陈颖婷律师深耕领域为商事争议解决、经济类刑事案件、企业破产清算与重组等。加入汇业前，她曾在观韬中茂律师事务所工作。
高洁律师的执业领域为公司业务、跨境私人财富业务办理及研究，服务于国内十几家知名家族企业。她同样来自于观韬中茂律师事务所工作。
李剑鸣律师的执业领域为房地产与建设工程、融资租赁、信托等各类金融诉讼、争议解决。加入汇业前，他曾在万商天勤律师事务所工作。
施贇律师专注于商事疑难争议解决、企业清算与破产、刑民交叉争议处理等。加入汇业前，他曾在上海瀛东律师事务所任高级合伙人，清算与破产事务部主任。
张铮律师的执业领域为银行和金融领域的争议解决以及公法事务。加入汇业前，他曾在国枫律师事务所任职。
汇业在一份新闻稿中表示，几位合伙人的加入使该所再次得到业务与人员的充实，这将进一步增强并扩大汇业在商事争议解决、破产重组、公司法、跨境投资、国际贸易、房地产与建设工程及公法等领域的领先优势。
这是汇业今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。
Hui Ye adds five experts to the Shanghai headquarters
Hui Ye Law Firm has welcomed five experts, Chen Yingting, Gao Jie, Li Jianming, Shi Yun, Zhang Zheng, as partners in its Shanghai headquarters.
Chen is deeply involved in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, economic criminal cases, corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. Prior to joining Hui Ye, she worked at Guantao Law Firm.
Gao's practice areas are corporate practice, cross-border private wealth business handling and research, and she has served more than a dozen well-known family enterprises in China. She also joined from Guantao Law Firm.
Li focuses on real estate and construction engineering, financial leasing, trusts and other types of financial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Hui Ye, he worked at V&T Law Firm.
Shi specializes in commercial dispute resolution, corporate liquidation and bankruptcy, and cross-criminal and civil dispute handling. Prior to joining Hui Ye, he was a senior partner and head of the liquidation and bankruptcy department at Ying Dong Law Firm.
Zhang's practice focuses on dispute resolution in the banking and finance sector and public law matters. He previously worked at Grandway Law Offices.
Hui Ye addressed in a press release that the addition of the five partners will once again strengthen the firm's practice, which will further enhance and expand Huiyi's leading positions in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring, corporate law, cross-border investment, international trade, real estate and construction and public law.
This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
