总部位于北京的汉坤律师事务所近日迎来金立宇律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海分所，加入汉坤前，金律师曾任海问律师事务所上海办公室合伙人及争议解决业务联席负责人，在此之前，他在金杜律师事务所上海分所工作了19年。

金律师的主要执业领域为争议解决、知识产权，专长于复杂商业金融诉讼、国际国内商事仲裁、大型侵权诉讼、保险诉讼、专利诉讼、与知识产权有关的反垄断诉讼、不正当竞争案件、行政和刑事诉讼、环保责任案件等。其参与过的重要案件包括：英特尔诉东进著作权侵权及东进反诉之与软件许可协议有关的反垄断诉讼案、本田技研摩托车外观设计专利侵权系列案、联合利华走私案等。

汉坤上海分所设立于2009年，现有近90名执业律师，2019年6月李虎桓律师以合伙人身份加入上海分所，2018年12月分所则迎来过刘云鸽律师加盟——她也是过去两年中第四位加盟汉坤的原国际所合伙人。

Han Kun makes major lateral hire in Shanghai

Beijing headquartered Han Kun Law Offices has hired Denning Jin as partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Jin was a partner and dispute resolution co-head of Haiwen & Partners in Shanghai, before which he worked 19 years for King & Wood Mallesons.

Jin focuses on dispute resolution and intellectual property, with special expertise in complex commercial and financial litigation, international and domestic commercial arbitration, large-scale tort litigation, insurance litigation, patent litigation, IP-related antitrust litigation, unfair competition disputes, administrative and criminal litigation, and environmental liability cases. He has participated in the antitrust cases between Intel Corporation and Donjin Tech, the patent infringement cases of Honda Motor, the smuggling cases of Unilever etc.

Han Kun’s Shanghai office was opened in 2009 and now has nearly 90 practicing lawyers. It made several lateral hires in the past year, with Li Huhuan joining last June and Paula Liu joining in December, 2018.
