汉坤律师事务所近日迎来债务资本市场专家张一伦律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。

张律师专注于境外债务资本市场业务，在该领域深耕逾十年，拥有丰富的实务经验。加入汉坤之前，张律师曾就职于年利达律师事务所、安理国际律师事务所及金杜律师事务所的香港办公室。

目前，汉坤香港办公室共有22位员工，其中包括合伙人及顾问9人。

Han Kun adds debt capital markets expert in Hong Kong

Han Kun Law Offices has recently added debt capital markets expert Allen Zhang in its Hong Kong office.

Zhang has been focused on the debt capital markets practice for more than ten years. Prior to joining Han Kun, he worked in the Hong Kong office of Linklaters, Allen & Overy, and King & Wood Mallesons.

The firm’s Hong Kong office now has 22 staff, including 9 partners and consultants.
