王律师在跨境交易及能源领域具有丰富的实务经验，在过去的十多年里代表多个行业的客户开展了价值高达百亿美元的跨境投资，涉及六大洲内的数十个司法辖区。加入汉坤前，王律师曾在美国盛德国际律师事务所工作。

Han Kun adds duo in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices has welcomed energy and cross-border M&A experts Lan Tao, Gloria Wang in its Beijing office. They both joined the firm from Sidley Austin.

Lan has been in the legal practice for over twenty years and focuses on advising clients on cross-border M&A transactions and investments, with special knowledge within the fields of oil and gas, minerals, and infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Wang is also a highly recognized cross-border transactional lawyer, focusing on the energy sector. 

Han Kun said in a press release that the arrival of the duo will bring in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in relevant fields to the firm, and will further enhance the firm’s competitiveness in the energy and infrastructure sectors and its overall capability of handling cross-border transactional works.
