汉坤律师事务所近日迎来跨境并购专家束勍律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，束律师曾担任中国某电商集团企业发展总监一职，并还曾执业于美国伟凯律师事务所、美国世达律师事务所。

束律师的主要执业领域为跨境并购、私募股权和风险投资、资本市场、外商直接投资以及一般公司事务。他曾协助多个私募股权基金、风险投资基金、战略投资人、被投公司以及跨国企业完成其跨境并购交易，以及各种类型的跨境投融资交易。

这是汉坤上海办公室继今年4月迎来合伙人袁黎明律师后，在跨境并购业务方面的又一项招聘。

Han Kun adds cross-border M&A partner in Shanghai

Han Kun Law Offices has hired cross-border M&A expert Nick Shu as a partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Shu served as the director of corporate development of a US-listed Chinse e-commerce group. He had also practiced in White & Case LLP, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Shu’s practice areas include cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investment, capital markets, foreign direct investment, and other general corporate matters.  He has represented various private equity firms, venture capital funds, strategic investors, portfolio companies, and multinational companies in connection with their cross-border M&A and diverse types of cross-border investments and financing.

This is Han Kun’s latest cross-border M&A related hire following the joining of Yuan Liming as a partner in April.
