浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师张国光以合伙人身份加盟。

张律师的执业领域包括资本市场、证券、公司与并购、私募股权与投资基金。他在资本市场具有近二十年的执业经验，曾助力多家中国公司完成境内外IPO及投融资、并购项目，涉及行业包括房地产、生物医药、食品、重工业等。

这是浩天信和继8月初迎来合伙人贾站格律师后的最新一起合伙人级别加盟。

Hylands strengthens capital markets practice by adding partner

Hylands Law Firm has recently hired capital markets expert Zhang Guoguang as a partner.

Zhang’s practice areas include capital markets, securities, corporate and M&A, and private equity and investment funds. With near twenty years’ experience, Zhang has assisted several Chinese companies in domestic and foreign IPOs, investment and finance, and M&A projects, involving industries like real estate, biomedicine, food, and heavy industry.

This is Hylands’ latest partner-level hire since the addition of partner Jia Zhange at the beginning of August.
