浩天律师事务所近日迎来袁双红律师和吴倩律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

袁双红律师深耕于房地产与建设工程、银行与金融及资产管理领域。加入浩天前，袁律师创办了北京祺祥律师事务所并经营管理十余年。

吴倩律师专注于提供商事领域法律服务，擅长业务领域包括国有企业重组与改革、PPP、公司与并购以及商事争议解决等。

浩天在一份新闻稿中表示，两位专家的加入将进一步夯实浩天专业人才队伍，为提升事务所的整体实力添砖加瓦。

这是浩天在2022年引入的最后一批合伙人级别律师。

Hylands adds duo in Beijing

Hylands Law Firm has hired Yuan Shuanghong and Wu Qian as partners in its Beijing office.

Yuan is an expert in the areas of real estate and construction engineering, banking and finance, and asset management. Prior to joining Hylands, Yuan founded Beijing Qixiang Law Firm and operates it over ten years.

Meanwhile Wu specializes in areas of restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises, PPP, corporate and M&A, and commercial dispute resolution. 

Hylands addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will further strengthen the firm’s professional team.

This is the last partner-level hire made by the firm in 2022.
