近日，浩天律师事务所迎来反垄断专家顾正平律师以高级合伙人的身份加盟其上海办公室。

顾律师具有近30年的执业经验，深耕于反垄断及反不正当竞争、合规与政府监管、跨境并购，以及TMT和新经济等业务领域，具备扎实的法律理论功底与丰富的法律实务经验。加入浩天之前，顾律师曾在安杰世泽律师事务所工作。

浩天在一份新闻稿中表示，顾律师的加入将大力提升该所在反垄断和竞争法领域的服务能力，同时也将加强浩天在合规与政府监管、跨境投资和并购、TMT和新经济等领域的业务实力。

这是浩天在今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Hylands taps antitrust expert from Anjie Broad in Shanghai

Hylands Law Firm has recently hired antitrust expert Gu Zhengping as a senior partner in its Shanghai office. 

With nearly 30 years of experience, Gu specializes in antitrust and anti-unfair competition, compliance and government regulation, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as TMT and the new economy. Prior to joining Hylands, Gu worked at Anjie Broad Law Firm.

Hylands addressed in a press release that the addition of Gu will significantly enhance the firm's service capabilities in the related areas.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2023.
