近日，浩天律师事务所迎来郝志国律师、王琪律师以及杜国栋律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

郝律师拥有二十逾年的执业经验，主要执业领域涉及公司专利的申请布局规划、检索分析、授权/确权纠纷解决、行政诉讼、民事诉讼，尤其专注于专利领域。

王律师长期服务于国企央企、银行、信托公司、证券公司、保险公司、融资租赁公司、私募基金等，善于处理涉金融资管、公司股权、商事合同等重大、疑难纠纷案件。

杜律师专注于跨境债务催收、国际贸易纠纷解决、进出口合规、供应链合规业务领域等。杜国栋律师善于处理海外客户与中国企业的贸易纠纷。

浩天在一份新闻稿中指出，三位律师的加盟将进一步夯实浩天专业人才队伍，提升律所整体实力。

这是浩天今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Hylands adds experts in Beijing

Hylands Law Firm has hired three experts Hao Zhiguo, Wang Qi and Du Guodong as a partner in its Beijing office. 

Hao has more than 20 years of experience, and focus on planning the layout of patent applications, search and analysis, settlement of licensing/confirmation disputes, administrative litigation and civil litigation, with a particular focus on the patent field.

Wang has long served state-owned central enterprises, banks, trust companies, securities companies, insurance companies, financial leasing companies, private equity funds, etc. She is good at handling major and difficult disputes involving financial management, corporate equity, commercial contracts, etc.

Du specializes in cross-border debt collection, international trade dispute resolution, import and export compliance, supply chain compliance business areas, etc. And he is good at handling trade disputes between overseas clients and Chinese enterprises.

Hylands addressed in a release that the three experts will help the firm enhance its legal services.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
